REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: April 15, 2026
1. GENERAL POLICY
SellerPilot OÜ ("Company") provides intangible digital goods in the form of software-as-a-service (SaaS). By subscribing to SellerPilot, you acknowledge that the service is accessible immediately upon account activation (including during the free trial period).
Payments for SellerPilot subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's Refund Policy (available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy ) applies to all purchases made through Paddle and takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency with this policy.
2. FREE TRIAL PERIOD
SellerPilot offers a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers. During this period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan at no charge.
Payment Details Required: To start the free trial, you must enter your payment details through Paddle's secure checkout. This is required to enable automatic conversion to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial period.
No Payment During Trial: No payment will be collected during the 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial expires without any financial obligation.
Payment Data Security: SellerPilot OÜ does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment credentials at any time. All payment information is processed exclusively by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.
Automatic Conversion: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Your first charge will be at the introductory 50% discounted rate for the remaining portion of the first month (approximately 3 weeks). Subsequent months will be billed at the standard rate.
Trial Abuse: SellerPilot reserves the right to limit free trial access to one trial per user, per household, or per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the free trial constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.
3. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. The following terms apply:
3.1. Discretionary Refunds: Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission of a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.2. Statutory Rights: If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory withdrawal or refund rights (such as the EU/EEA, UK, Turkey, or other applicable regions), those rights apply in full and are not limited by this policy. For example, consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, and Turkey have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts.
3.3. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, you may: (a) use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email from Paddle, (b) visit Paddle's buyer support site at https://paddle.net, or (c) contact SellerPilot support at support@sellerpilot.io and we will assist you with the process.
3.4. Effect of Refund: If you receive a refund, your access to the SellerPilot Service will cease upon processing of the refund.
4. REFUND FOR TECHNICAL OR PRODUCT DEFECTS
If you experience persistent technical issues with the Service or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features as described, please contact SellerPilot support at support@sellerpilot.io first to attempt resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle's support team to request a refund. Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time, including during the free trial.
How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from your user dashboard in the "Billing" or "Settings" section, through the link in your Paddle confirmation email, or by contacting support.
Cancellation During Free Trial: If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, your payment method will not be charged and your access will end at the conclusion of the trial period.
Cancellation During Paid Period: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
Refund After Cancellation: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to request a refund, please follow the procedure described in Section 3.
6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
We encourage you to contact Paddle or SellerPilot support prior to raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider. Contacting us directly often results in faster resolution.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to the SellerPilot Service may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. Paddle will provide the payment provider with payment details and relevant evidence. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
