ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Last Updated: April 15, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the prohibited uses of the web application, browser extension, and services provided by SellerPilot OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to abide by this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund, and legally report your activities to relevant authorities if necessary.

2. PROHIBITED ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Policy. You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate Laws: Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or ordinance (including laws regarding e-commerce, consumer protection, and export controls).
  • Fraud: Engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen credit cards for subscription payments, identity theft, or impersonating any person or entity.
  • Money Laundering: Use the Service in connection with any money laundering scheme or financial crime.
  • Sanctions: Conduct business with persons or entities located in countries subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes (e.g., lists maintained by the US OFAC, EU, or UN).

3. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS AND CONTENT

SellerPilot is an automation tool for legitimate e-commerce. You are strictly prohibited from using our software to list, manage, or fulfill orders for the following categories of products on eBay, Amazon, or any other marketplace:

  • Illegal Goods: Drugs, drug paraphernalia, steroids, or controlled substances.
  • Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon accessories.
  • Counterfeit Goods: Replica items, knock-offs, or products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Hazardous Materials: Toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials.
  • Adult Content: Pornography or sexually explicit materials.
  • Hate Speech: Items that promote violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

4. ABUSE OF THE SERVICE & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

You agree not to compromise the integrity of our software or infrastructure. The following technical abuses are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the SellerPilot browser extension or web application.
  • Scraping: You may not use the Service to harvest, scrape, or collect data from our website or our other users' data.
  • Overloading: You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks, spamming requests).
  • Malware: You may not upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code.
  • Account Sharing: You may not share your login credentials with multiple users to avoid paying for additional seats/licenses.

5. MARKETPLACE MANIPULATION

Since SellerPilot interacts with third-party platforms (eBay, Amazon), you must not use our tool to engage in manipulative behaviors that harm the ecosystem:

  • Feedback Manipulation: Attempting to artificially inflate your seller ratings or feedback scores.
  • Bypassing Bans: Using the software to create "stealth" accounts specifically to circumvent previous suspensions by Amazon or eBay.
  • Listing Spam: Creating thousands of duplicate listings (flooding) to manipulate search results.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS

Respect for Rights: You must not use the Service to list products that violate the copyright, trademark, or patent rights of third parties (e.g., VeRO violations on eBay).

Content Ownership: You represent that you have the necessary rights or licenses to sell the products you manage through SellerPilot.

7. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

SellerPilot OÜ reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Service.

  • Suspension: We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we suspect you have violated this Policy.
  • Reporting: We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties.
  • Cooperation: We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of alleged illegal conduct.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the SellerPilot website. By continuing to use the Service or accessing the Site after a revised Policy has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version of this Policy.
